Is the Convention hall of the official residence of East Java Governor. See its self remind as of the Dutch Colonialism in Indonesia. This building was built in 1795 at the time the VOC commisioner Dirk Van Hogendorp ( 1794-1798 )
Intially the front of Grahadi faced the river. During tea-hours in the afternoon the occupants could see small vessels with passengers up and down the river. The small vessels used to transportation, they arrived and go by the small vessels.
in 1802 the front side of building which originally faced the north, was changed into the south until the present time.

It`s  a recreation placement for the people in the evening and full rides. Although children playground and Orkes band, traditional ballets, new creation of dance, waria show, reog dance, Calung and Panco.
夕方とフル乗車の人々のそれ`saのレクリエーションの配置。ものの子供の遊び場とOrkesのバンド、伝統的なバレエ、ダンス、wariaショー、reogダンス、CalungとPancoの新規作成。

KAYOON PARK AND FLOWER MARKET

Located along the western bank of Kayoon river. it is an evening recreation park and specific East Java Food Center. A variety of water sports are perfomed here. i.e. Sailing, Swimming, Motor Boating and even canoe races. To the north of Kayoon Park is the Kayoon Market, selling beautiful orchids and tropical decorative aquarium fishes.

Is located near by Kenjeran Beach amusement park ( The Kenjeran ), is East Surabaya area. Among attraction at Pantai Ria are swimming pool ( Water Park ), Horse Riding, Fishing lake, playground, etc.
Ria Kenjeran Beach is open 24 hours and can be reached by public transportation.

Located in the south east corner of the city,the zoo is well stocked and offers a good selection of various tropical animals : monkeys, deer, zebra, lions, camels, Komodo and many more. The Nocturama section houses a collection of bats, flying squirrels and various other night animals.

KALIMAS PRAU PIER

Hidden in the sprawling Surabaya a modern facility servicing container ships, tankers and cruises ship is an older dock area along the river of Kalimas. Wooden sailing ships still load and unload cargo there as they had for 600 years. Docked rail to rail, their long bowsprit hanging over the quay, Indonesia`s praus fill the river. Those are the pinisis, manually made by the Bugis and Makassars, the most skillful sailors and ship builders of Indonesian`s 350 ethnic groups.
